Technically Switch is in its 3rd fiscal year.

It's normal for 3rd party PS4 game in japan though. At least it is less drop than second week (80+%)

Going to be a rough year for hardware sales if the current trends continue, and every system that isn't Switch is down over 50% from last year.

Assuming Switch gets a new model or price cut this year, it shouldn't have any trouble beating last years sales, but will it be the only system to do so? I guess that's the benefit of being the only relatively new system on the market.

Given the Switch's projected 2019 lineup (potential 3P + AC + Gen8) plus predictions of price-cut and/or handheld revision, the YoY gain later in the year should trend even higher than the current +45%, no? Mainline Pokemon and AC are like the two largest properties in the Japan market, no?
