There was a button code you could enter in X8 to enable the Cut Man fight in the PS2 version, too.

Because people don't look kindly at X5-X8, especially X7. If you want, you can just get X1-X4. I bought them both myself.
XBL isn't letting me buy it alone. I have every intention of buying 1-4.

In a certain stage (can't recall the name), if you fulfill certain requirements, Cut Man would appear as a mini boss battle.
It's like that on PSN as well. It'll have the individual collections once it releases I'm sure.
Optic Sunflower is the stage Cut Man shows up. But the requirements as far as I'm aware is either a) have a Command Mission save on your memory card or b) input the cheat/button command to "unlock" Cut Man's boss fight. Not 100% sure how the button code works as I've only ever done the memory card method.
It was a picture of Mega Man with Block Man's power. Block Man being one of the revealed MM11 bosses.
So keep an eye out for pictures of X wearing a power up that doesn't exist lol.
