I'm not a fan of wrestling, but my wife enjoys it. The wrestling scene is still pretty big, but not nearly as big as futbol (soccer). Wrestling is seen (unfortunately) as a low-class event.
Well, I have been in Taco Bell and Chipotles a few times. Nothing extraordinary about the food. I see the food as Tex-Mex food. I also have been in in Mexican food restaurants in the USA that as as good (and even better) than some restaurants in México.
Extremely, extremely big. Anime, otakus, manga fans are extremely big here in the country.
