I see it as a smart thing and nothing more. If you don't have that kind of limitations regarding your sexuality, go for it, who cares.

She's not the first person to do this. I remember a couple cases like this several years back, pretty sure they were in university though.
If I where a virgin woman I would not care what it is (emancipation etc.), I would sell "it" for 2.5mill € in an instant.

In a perfect world, human bodies would not be commodified and the idea of spending money to use one to your leisure would be alien and horrible. Likewise, a body that has been used would be worth no less than one that hasn't.
But we don't live in a perfect world. Women are objectified and their sexuality is packaged for male consumption with special emphasis on their virginity. I can't criticize a woman for turning the system that oppresses her into one that benefits her. If women can turn misogyny into a liberating shift of the power dynamic then that's certainly one way to combat it.
I'd prefer a world where nobody tries to buy people or pay for sex. But I would also prefer a world where Pokémon are real. So good for her for gaming the system. If she was safe and comfortable and made out like a bandit then I'm envious.
