Congrats to Monolithsoft for their success with Xenoblade 2! It is well deserved and hopefully their studios future is now more than secured.
Can't wait for what they have in store next! :)

While i disliked some of the pervy anime elements. And it has some gameplay annoyaces ,Xenoblade 2 is still a really great game and the story i enjoyed. I hope they port X and maybe remake 1 in the Xeno 2 artsyle
Its only really good in the beginning with Nia. Then it goes downhill.
This is their highest, after that it's Xenogears
Then Xenosaga 1.
I believe these are the only Xeno titles above 1 mil
I might be pessimistic but I wager that these pervy elements have actually boosted the game's performance.
Most JRPGs don't really have these kind of legs in sales do they? At least not to my knowledge
I'd say the opposite: The beginning is tediously slow and the battle system takes an eternity to get going, but once it does it becomes great. The beginning, though, a slog.
NieR Automata had great legs, but it also had multiple re-releases after the original release.
Deserved. one of the best JRPGs ever made.

Lol I hear you but I loved the beginning. I really liked it. Then the story goes super anime and I dropped it.
Torna's a dlc that while you can buy standalone, the experience is going to be greatly diminished if you do so I can't imagine it not being significantly less
I liked the beginning more than the end, for sure, but it was a solid JRPG.
I really do not consider Nier automata in the same vein as a typical JRPG. It's more of an Action game with light rpg elements. With completely different aesthetics too.
No numbers but they said before that it exceeded their expectations.
+ Torna is XB2. It's a great DLC but it's more of XB2 and more refined I agree. I love it a lot but I only love it so much because I originally played XB2
Praying for this. Hopefully it fixes the weird blurriness the game has even docked.
