Ah, I'll admit it's been a long time since I played MKX. And I only played the story mode.
I just pointed this out on the discord, but I was looking at the steam screens again after reading this tweet, and noticed that Scorpion is holding his kunai, like he used it in the trailer.
I'm going to assume the custom move sets are going to be more of a casual thing. Ranked and tournaments will almost certainly use some form of default move set. As long as that's the case, I'm fine with it.

Yeah... it was refreshing to see that they didn't completely changed her personality from the original timeline. I never liked that they made her loyal to Edenia in the new one. But gameplay wise, and when it comes to design she was perfect.
So the steam screenshots were confirmed to be outdated and from a very early build. Game is said to look way better now.
Also Johnny Cage will have some appearance in the game. No idea if playable or just story for now. Hopefully playable. I'd love to see old and new Johnny to run into one another.

Shawn Kittelsen, the writer of the MKX comic confirmed he's not writing a new comic series since he's working on the actual story for MK11.
It's good to hear he's working on the MK11 story because his comic actually had a better grasp of the MK characters than the actual game. For example, Kotal is a much, much more interesting and likable character in the comic than he is in the the game.

Lol I remember playing the Sega CD version. The audio was fantastic, but the last boss, game would freeze and load, was terrible but I loved it.
I just noticed lookking at this thread that every other version is abbreviated except the switch, I just find it funny lol
