They did say some towers will remain hard because they're intended to be for challenge but most of them will be easier.

they should do the following: give players the option to turn the bullshit off and give more rewards for playing with bullshit on, basically pimped rewards from now, and the rewards that there are now for playing without modifiers
would also love a King of Fighters style 3on3 mode where you could switch out your chars, would be awesome
I think it's fine that some towers remain hard but on my side towers that destroyed me yesterday have become a joke and super easy ??
I haven't tried the middle one yet though.
The one with armor portals. Shao Kahn just takes every hit like it's nothing. I'm using Kano and I just don't seem to have many options for dealing with him at all. None of his throw combos work because of the armor, so 75% of the time I'm locked out of my highest damage tools and if I try one I could end up getting stuffed mid combo because of armor showing up during it. It's stupid.
Anyone who has been exploring the krypt, have you got Skeleton keys from normal treasure chests? I've only found them in hidden chests and so I've been saving all my money for those (krypt monster be damned), was wondering if folks found them outside.
And let me get this straight. The krypts in the chest are the same for everyone, just randomized locations. So theoretically if you just keep doing the Kronika reset you could get all the chests without doing any of the exploration stuff?

If that's where I think it is, there should be a breakable wall along the right side of the opening area of the krypt. You may need to unlock...
Kenshi's blindfold for it to become breakable.
Man playing as Geras is annoying.
He lacks a lot of the basic tools that other characters have.
No natural low starter, no good overhead and just stumpy range in general (though im using charge big fist so i am missing out on that for range)
The fact that his overhead/low mix starts with a high is horrible, especially since everyone and their mother d2s at every available opportunity AND you get a crushing blow from it.
He has good easy damage in the corner tho but that mid range game is killer for him.
Considering going back to Kano or Kotal but im gonna stick with Geras for a bit to see if i can better use him tho.

I had no idea people took fighting a button reading cheating AI so seriously I'm only grinding them until I unlock my burned Kabal skin then I'm never doing a tower again.
Thanks! that's good 👍 and well, if the in-game enemy AI is gonna cheat, then I'm gonna fight fire with fire lol. Have absolutely zero guilt about turning AI on for some bullshit challenges.
No kidding I fought a Sonya today that was doing 430 damage combos while the screen was black one hit and it was over. It still took my AI 10 minutes to beat it and that was after I loaded it up with self healing items and grenades that stunned her.
Hows the PC version of the game? I remember I saw a post in a thread mentioning the PC port of Injustice or MK10, one of those 2, was iffy or something. So I was wondering about that.

It's probably the best PC port of an NRS game at launch. Some lingering issues still remain (TAA implementation is bad, PC should have the option to run cinematic moves/finishers at 60fps, and the krypt is locked to 30fps as well for some reason), but overall the port is very good.
I enjoy Noob and Kabal at both 30 Kombo and Rushdown. Great results so far.
