Can't believe he got out on Bond, anyone who goes off with so little provocation is a danger to the public.
$1000 bond. That seems pretty damn low to me. That said, given the internet mob that will be coming for him, he might want to have stayed in jail....
This is fucked up and he's getting off lightly so far. The judge might end up being a goon that felt the victim gave too much lip.

It's okay to leave carts near disabled parking spots as long as they're not obstructing anything. In fact, it's very helpful for those who use a cart as a walking aid to be able to get one right where parked.
But don't leave that shit out where it's a hazard just because "people are paid to do that". And don't beat people up T_T
