Game Pass gonna keep growing for sure, good for them and good on Phil. What a wonderful service it is.
I've been hearing rumblings about the 10 million number for a while now. Impressive result, Game Pass is truly the best gaming service out there right now.
Congrats MS. XGP and Xcloud will be monsters next gen. Just imagine when all 15 + XGS teams and 3P partners start churning our games full speed for the service. It will only get better.
I, for one, am happy for our corporate overlord's increased wealth.

Would be very interested to see a console vs. PC split for Game Pass. It's been great on PC since this fall with Gears 5, Outer Worlds, Ori, and now Gears Tactics.

Maybe it's counting PC games? Although the 360 is still popular in third world countries.
There are two parts to it - number of subscribers and average revenue per subscribers. It can't just be the subscriber number, what matters is what is your average revenue per subscriber. This would include games subscribers buy when they are leaving GP too is my guess.
And yea, nobody knows the breakeven point except MS.
Minecraft uses Xbox Live on all platforms, even Switch and PlayStation. That's one avenue.
There's everyone's gamepass number. Now hopefully people can stop saying it's failing because they never show it.
I gotta imagine imagine it's more like 60/30 or 65/25 One/360. Theres no way 40 million 360s are coming on every month in 2020.

There will also be switch users in that.
Wherever I use Minecraft on the switch I'm signing into xbl.
Just a guess - but maybe other platforms?
Xbox One, Xbox 360, certain PC games, Minecraft on different platforms (maybe?), and maybe even mobile games like Gears Pop!

True. I would say there are maybe like 3 or 4 really quality first party games on the service tbh. With their investment in first party I could see that number double really soon.
