If you want an example, go on YouTube and search for "21st Century Ultimate Sex Guide Uncensored". I can't link it here as it's NSFW.

This is an educational show about various sex related topics which includes scenes of unsimulated sex that was shown on Channel 5 (one of the 5 main terrestrial channels in the UK).

No, they're not.

TV broadcasters have to adhere to OFCOM guidelines, but those guidelines don't preclude showing non-simulated intercourse on TV, especially if it is considered educational.
Unless we're talking about more that facial images and the sort of stuff you see in R18 movies I'd like to see the precedence of a channel actually doing this. it's fine to say a channel can theorectically do this but if they've never actually done it then there's a good reason for it.

Sometimes I am under the impression that Era actually read stuff before running to reply faster than the others, then I see threads like this where so many people completely misunderstand what is happening - but they got to answer before the others, yay!

I actually can see where they are coming from.

I was just thinking about reading the study of excessive internet porn consumption habits leading to ED in young men and how it creates performance anxiety and just an unhealthy/unrealistic presentation of sex in many ways. There needs to be a mainstream movement that is able to say that we want some healthier alternatives in our porn consumption, since it's creating a problem for us as a society that will only get worst the more we avoid talking about it.

Right now, internet porn is like the fast food boom and we need to get to a place where healthier alternatives and options start to become more common, so people aren't just consuming a bunch of junk. Just like fast food, people are going to still want a burger every once in a while, but if there was at least more healthy options, the market would respond well to the choices, and it also helps shift everyone's attitude about their relation to food, just like it could also shift their attitude about their relation to porn.

I don't know. The bit at 14:23 where she's wanking off a cock? Or that bit where he jizzes in her fanny?

They're not just showing a 12 minute porno at 9pm. The porno is a part of a documentary about modern attitudes to pornography.
The film itself is 12 minutes and they said they're going to show it in the third episode. That's why I'm doubting how explicit it is. This is ignoring the fact they're showing this to teens on TV. Assuming they're not simply 18 that's layers upon layers compound dodgyness.

I mean seeing glimpses of unsimulated sex on TV isn't rare but I've never encounterd it being shown in an long form manner. Though maybe I'm just missed it.

As long as they don't do "romantic facesitting", or "accidental pissing aka female ejaculation".

The idea of them being in the pornography's a little... weird, but I don't really think it's that off to produce healthy pornography for younger people.

The discourse here is as disappointing as I'd expect. Yeah, the "viewing party" bit is a bad idea, but their overarching point is... completely correct.

It isn't just rape porn that's potentially damaging, but the vast majority of hardcore professional porn, which can and does impart negative views, expectations, and and behavior on people — especially young people.

Obviously there's other, healthier porn, and what they're aiming to create does mostly exist (sans the "created by a council of moms" part), but there is a conversation to be had about the potential unhealthy effects of porn consumption, and how they could/should be combated.

Yep. They had a similar series about sex for schools on C4 last year or the year before - part of that was talking about porn and the boys were all talking about jizzing on faces a]etc and the girls were shocked.

It's not the extreme stuff, it's the normalising of things like facials, aggressive blowjobs/penetration etc - all hugely male-centric

from the article that mentioned the viewing party
In the third episode of the series, the mums' porn film will be screened at a viewing party for their friends, family and some of their children
"some of" their children likely means those who are 18+ and consented to participate

Why is it shock marketing? I admit that I misunderstood it to be porn depicting the mothers, but producing pornography for educational purposes is a pretty good cause.
Producing porn and producing porn purely for your child to see are very different things. The later is the shock marketing and honestly serves no point at all. You do not need to see porn made by your mother to have a healthy view of sex. I'd assume most of us are a testment to this fact. You really don't need to learn this lesson this way.

I mean, the video isn't inherently needing to be only for their kids, but it's not unusual for parents to do something for their kids in particular.

A lot of us grew up with unhealthy views of what sex is. I know I did, and most people probably do without even really realizing it.

Which parents? How common do you think this is in particular? They could have had parents make porn for kids that aren't their own. Would have learnt the same message but where's the shock in that!

Because they kind of care about their kids more than other kids?

Also, I've not heard of parents doing this in particular, but parents generally create educational materials for their kids. I don't think sex as an educational topic should be taboo, including how it's performed.

Of course you haven't. This isn't a common thought. Not in the slightest.

Sounds like a great way to make sure their kids avoid porn and sex in general for the rest of their lives.

From the linked interview:

"Even my 16-year-old is quite young and so I have never had the sex talk or porn with them. We have made up names for body parts like winky dinky! "

WTF

I wonder if the actors will be wearing protection.

I wonder if some of the parents are insane and it's just going to be 45 minutes of eating ass.

This is bullshit. If You are going to have a bad idea do it properly and have a reaaaally bad idea. put the mums in the video and when the kid watches it make sure you get a close up of his face so we can watch the light in his eyes go out forever.

Jesus, if you want them to emphasise consent and safety, just TALK TO THEM ABOUT CONSENT AND SAFETY DURING SEX. The watching party is just weird.

Although I do wish there were more non-rape non-incest furry hentai comics out there.
