If you have any passing interest in Street Fighter then you should play Tatsunoko vs Capcom. You won't play it on any other console.

I'm not going to recommend you Nintendo's first party titles, because those are a given. I'm going to recommend you a few third party games instead:

  • Zack & Wiki
  • Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars
  • Little King's Story
  • Elebits
  • Klonoa
  • The House of the Dead: Overkill
  • The whole BIT.TRIP series
  • Muramasa: The Demon Blade

I made a list some years ago. Basically it goes:

Super Mario Galaxy 2 (I made the mistake of playing 1 after two and I found it quite boring. 2 basically makes 1 obsolete, I woudn't play it in 2020)

Tloz Twilight Princess (the better tloz on wii. Skyward Sword is so formulaic and unimaginative it's not worth it imho.)

Red Steel 2
No more Heroes 1+2
The last Story
Pikmin 1+2
Sin and Punishment

Metroid Prime Trilogy ( I honestly preferred Other M's gameplay by far, but this is the politically correct answer)

Mortal Kombat Armageddon isn't that great, but is the "ultimate" version of that era of MK iirc, with tooooooooooons of playable characters.
