As someone who typically hates anime fighters and anime art styles, but somehow adored Persona Arena, do you think I'd enjoy the game? How many Persona characters are in it? Is my Godslayer command thrower by the name of Kanji in it? I think that was his name, blonde fella who was an amazing command thrower in Arena.

It's a pretty solid port. I haven't played it in some time, but there were frame dips when it got really hectic on screen. There's been several patches since then, so for all I know it could be rock solid now. Nothing that should effect gameplay. It was certainly nowhere near as bad as something like Mortal Kombat 11.

Well...a bit difficult to say. This is a 2v2 tag fighter so it plays a little differently from Persona 4 Arena (though it does have a bit of a similar feeling to it given that it's largely the same dev team). Kanji is in the game. The characters in this game are a bit simpler than they were in their home games because here you play 2 characters, that's where the usual anime fighter crazyness comes in. Kanji still does most of his command throwing that you remember him in P4A for, though.
I dunno though if you'll like this game if you aren't generally into anime fighters/artstyles though. The game is mechanically very solid and pretty easy to approach for an anime fighter (kinda like P4A was back in the day) but in the end it's still an anime fighter. And this is a crossover and a large portion of the cast comes from Blazblue which is more....well, anime when compared to Persona.
If you buy the Deluxe edition there are 11 Persona characters in the game (basically everyone from the original Persona 4 Arena minus Shadow Labrys and Elizabeth).

That's a huge list of games. I'd recommend Lapis x Labyrinth. It's a fun little action RPG hack n slash game, and $20 is a good price for it.

Isometric stealth game where you infiltrate a cult compound to save a family member. I think it looks awesome, but I'm really into cult stuff.

It has an unlocked framerate that fluctuates wildly. It's not a shooter so it might not be a deal breaker for some, but it gave me a headache pretty quick.

It's good now towards the end there are some areas where the frames will dip but it's not unplayable. Everyone's tolerance is different of course.
