TIL playing a low efficiency high usage player who is historically bad at shooting 3s on a team built around high efficiency play and hitting 3s is some warts.
It feels like the last three or so offseasons and trade deadlines have been crazy, and escalating each year.
Dude is so damn cool. Microwave. I've been impressed by his finishing, but his release is something. Just needs inches of room. A dude with that elite skill will stay in the league.
Honestly they all look great. And that's without Langford.
TimeLord just needs to clean up his defensive discipline. I'm really surprised at his offensive instincts. Some nice screen reads and timing and a few good passes.
Honestly Smart is a near perfect fit in the backcourt next to Edwards, if Edwards can show a little more off ball than he's used to.
I'm at the point where I think Edwards could get some real minutes next year.
If he could play the Shane Larkin role that would be great.

Sure, but Westbrook is a worse off ball player than 32-34 year old CP3. Rockets are really going to roll out their best two players being two guys who won't do jack shit without the ball in their hands
No it doesn't, he just let Westbrook go because OKC wanted their young core, so why would he trade with them for an older, less effective, and injury prone player when he passed when he passed on a better one

He put on a show in the Elite 8 against a damn good Virginia defense.
So glad we got rid of his ass. Thought he was a terrible pickup in the draft and all last season proved that right.

Curry and DLo? Dame and CJ? Westbrook and Harden are better than their reputations. Harden is pretty good defending the post and Westbrook at least tries (though he gambles too much).
Feels like the Dubs are in a gap year, and the Blazers aren't title contenders in this universe. Going from Chris Paul to Russell Westbrook is a meaningful defensive downgrade.
