Why on earth do they feel the need to add basic ass 'stories' into their series? Anyway, looks decent, from what tiny gameplay they showed.

A 30fps racing game in 2019 is absolutely unacceptable.
No Switch release and expecting this to be filled with optional cosmetic microtransactions. I love the NFS series, but let's not lie to ourselves, no matter how cool this may look, is still gonna be a cash grab. I have zero hopes for it.

All open world racing games are 30fps on base consoles; Forza horizon 3, Forza Horizon 4, The Crew, The Crew 2 and DriveClub.

30fps racers are standard this gen tho, if you aren't playing on PC that's on you.
Need for Speed has always been a November release window game and they do just fine so hush 😛
