So good?
So good?
That's more of a 90's thing.
Coca leaves were a flavoring ingredient. It doesn't have the same effect as refined cocaine but it does have a mild cocaine like effect.I remember seeing that the original recipe didn't really have any "cocaine" in it like we like to imagine it did.
"...the amount of ecgonine [an alkaloid in the coca leaf that could be synthesized to create cocaine] was infinitesimal: no more than one part in 50 million. In an entire year's supply of 25-odd million gallons of Coca-Cola syrup, Heath figured, there might be six-hundredths of an ounce of cocaine. "
Coke Zero was made as a diet version of regular Coca Cola. New Coke was a non-diet version of Diet Coke.
It tasted like Pepsi
I mean it is seemingly for sale right now if you actually do want it.So this is basically the Ecto Cooler promotion all over again, where a company brings back a nostalgic beverage (Coca-Cola again, unsurprisingly) but only 1% of the audience that would actually buy it even gets the chance to.

$20 for two 12oz cans and two 8oz glass bottles? That's a little bonkers.
I know single serve cans and bottles of Coke have gotten pricey in the last 20 years, but that's like 500% markup.
Yeah, I think I got a can of it some years back while going through central Kentucky or Tennessee off an I-75 exit.It just tastes more like Pepsi. They have still been bottling the stuff, unless maybe recently? Coke 2 was the rebrand and found in a few markets.
I bought a can to try it... Was not a fan.I guess it's not Nationwide because of that budget went to Orange Vanilla.
Some of this sadly works on me. I insta-bought a Crystal Pepsi even though I don't drink soda anymore.
