Mr. Miyazaki: I would like to clearly deny that.I myself am a person who loves creating games and wants to immerse myself in them, but because of that, I am consciously careful not to assume such a feeling. I do not wish to work in a way that is physically or temporally demanding, nor do I intend to make it a criterion for evaluation. I think we have communicated this as a clear message within the company, and in fact, the working environment has improved greatly in recent years.

Mr. Miyazaki: If I may make one more point, in recent years we have also been working to improve the compensation and treatment of our employees. In particular, this fiscal year, we have increased the bonus base by one month and plan to increase the salaries of young to mid-career employees overall, resulting in a salary figure of 260,000 for new graduates. In addition to the above, there is also a system of bonuses for the fiscal year end. This is a system that allows additional bonuses to be paid when the company's financial results are favorable.
