Yep, same date: October 4th.

Both combinations could pass for halloween-themed combinations too (especially orange and purple), so it'd be fitting for them to launch alongside Luigi's Mansion.

Orange and Purple are the least surprising colors, but it's a shame I can't pick up the blue and yellow set without having a duplicate yellows. Might sell off my yellow pair in preparation.

The yellow does look very similar to the ARMS color. The blue is much deeper than the existing blue, though.

What I really need is r/l purple and orange sets....

I personally predicted / hoped for the orange and purple, so I'm thinking these are them.

I do like that dark blue, though...

The yellow one isn't actually new, it's the same as the ARMS ones. I could see orange and purple Switch being a thing though.

God, I hate how Nintendo is handling Joy-Cons. I just want pure black or pure white, and not these gaudy two-tone packs.

Came here to say this. Blue and purple are gorgeous and I'd much rather have them as single colour sets than these odd combinations. I know the latter in particular is a bit of a Halloween-esque look, but I'm not a fan of it.

I like the purple one and the blue one, but those combinations are ugly. I hope they will be available separately too and for both sides for that inevitable moment when my current ones will get the drift.
