New Joy-Con Colors Announced: Dark Blue, Neon Orange, and Neon Purple. Out on October 4th.

Two years later and they still don't have an accurate GameCube purple double pack. What the fuck, Nintendo.
Two blues will look nice. Sell them separate dammit. Also where is the generic white and black joycons.
It's so frustrating that they don't also make single color editions of these available. I like some of these colors, I just hate the idea of two-tone because it feels very toy-like to me.
If they release a dual dark blue set, that is the one I'll grab.

Weird color combinations. Purple-yellow and blue-orange are considered to be the correct color combinations since they complement each other (at least according to the rules of color design) but yet here they added the orange joycon with the purple and the yellow joycon with the blue. Hope they launch versions with same colors as the red joycons.
Going to skip out on the Blue / Neon Yellow set.

Will get the Blue with the DQXI S Roto Edition bundle (yay, more battery life) and a matching friend with slime artwork.

Ooooooo i'm liking that Dark blue/Green combo. I have yet to pick up a second set of joycons, but this might be the time that i do.
There is a new 8bitdo that is coming in a couple weeks. Saw it on spawnwaves youtube channel the other day. You should check out that video. Looks very nice and it's configurable via software.
Fuck would've been an instant buy even though I don't use my switch too much if they were straight purple

Closest we can get is picking up a PURPLE (L) and NEON GREEN (R) but it'll still be a little off.

I was actually looking at that one, just a few minutes ago. It looks really nice and price is great.
For gods sake, please stop making these mismatching double packs and just sell complete sets of the colours. If someone wants orange and purple they can buy one of each pack, this current approach means nobody can have a matching set. I want purple, not that horrible orange.
Just realised you won't be able to do this if you're in the UK at least as the Green joycon from the separate set is on the left, the same as the Purple is.
