Screenshots look low res as hell. I get the concern but it's not hard to make something in motion look like ass by taking screenshots.

I'm reserving judgement until I get there. He looks good in the rest of the game so far

I can say having tried the remastered that within 10 minutes, you completely get over the changes and the animations are so much better like instantly as it's more expressive.

The clear difference, of course, is that the original definitely has a heavier use of dramatic lighting, which YMMV on that.
