Probably nothing. Thanks to the *magic* of not having every pokemon be in, the obvious logic would say any pokemon with a regional form wouldn't have the regular form accessible in the region, which means entirely not in the game now.

Regional forms/evos are literally the only thing I've liked about these games so far.

Typing on Zigzagoon's new line though - why Dark/Normal and not pure dark? Normal is so useless as a secondary type, only serves to make its type matchups worse.
I do love the Zigzagoon line so a new form/evo pleases me greatly.
