Great designs as usual. Guess I'll have to follow the Galar anime season to know these characters and Pokémon. :/
Also, exclusive version gym leaders seems a bit shady. As an one time gimmick for one game (BW) it was fine, but if it keeps happening it's not a good change.

Gigantimaxing has... potential, I guess. If it applies to the vast majority of creatures, it would be the first good reasoning they've given us for Dexit.

The "dynamaxing" is a real turn off for me, it just looks lame. It's going to be a big part of the games isn't it? :(

I can get over losing handfuls of old pokemon, but actively designing future games in such a crippling way just to avoid adding a handful more pokemon is ridiculous.
Trash. They could change the gym leaders after you have beaten the game.
It's not the first time it happens. The lauded Gen V does exactly this.

The Pokemon site confirms Allister to be male. Such a cute design.
It's not that weird. Generation 5 had Drayden on Pokémon Black and Iris on Pokémon White.

Yeah, they're both obvious extensions of the normal forms, "what if it we're huge?". The cake becoming a layer cake and the turtle becoming Godzilla are great concepts. I expect there to only be a handful of forms like that.
One is literally just Blastoise but better, another is just a more detailed Corviknight.

I love every design except that cake abomination. Turner gotta Turner though. Weird how everyone is over Allister while I'm over here thinking Bea is the jam. Such a cool design.

Yes, I'm sure artists do not take into account when designing a monster if it's going to be a kaiju the size of a building or a 20-centimeter lizard.
