The thing is, the national Dex still exists outside of these games, in fact Pokémon Home will probably have one. So yeah this should be considered another regional Dex.

Post apocalyptic Pokemon would probably look like Colosseum, with its many shades of brown.
I actually always found Orre to be an interesting Pokémon region. There's hover bikes, cool glasses, Pokémon underground fighting. It's all pretty different from mainline games. Very sci-fi.
It doesn't even really look all that bad in 4K tbh. The human models are a whole nother story though lol

The Champion looks kind of wack but most of the trainers/Gym Leaders are the best looking of any Pokemon

The Pokémon subreddit is crazy these days. They used to be one of the most blindly loyal portions of the fanbase until Dexit. I don't know if I've ever seen a sub turn against the developer so hard as they did.
