I really liked the 2010 Predators movie. It was cheesy and formulaic, but that's why I loved it. I was hoping we would get a sequel to that.
Yea Predators was fine (would've been even better with the Dutch ending though).
This sounds like AvP: Requim 2.
I came in here basically to say this. I have 100% faith. And, even if Shane Black never makes another good movie, he did give us The Nice Guys; my best friend put it quite succinctly when discussing The Nice Guys: "It's the gift that keeps on giving."

They're leaving money on the table by not making a new Friday the 13th movie.
And thank the sky above too, I couldn't take a shitty Predator and Halloween movie in the same year. My nostalgia whore heart wouldn't be able to bare it.
Maybe they will after Halloween. Paramount is desperate for a hit. That's why they're doing 2 Star Treks and the Hasbroverse.

Why would the predators try to destroy the human race? They hunt for sport so if anything they would want to keep us around.
If they wanted to kill us, I mean, they have spaceships and could probably do it with ease.
I'm still on board and day 1 for this movie but I hope they aren't change the mythos of the predator too much.

The Predalien who bursts into a maternity ward and horrifically impregnantes pregnant women. God I wish I was making that up.
When the actual alien was in Covenant it was fine. Nothing about this sounds good.
That's one movie I will never, ever, watch again.
