You're living in the past mate, it's been all about improving that system performance for years now.
I'd be surprised. I am expecting a new Beta in order to test VRR support (the way they tested SSDs).
Can't wait for the patch notes when VRR finally drops.

This. Ctr+F and the only Stability I've found was:

All of the updates that don't add a specific feature get the patch notes "improves system performance." It's the new stability. Usually it just means they've fixed some security vulnerabilities.

Speaking of which, the recent major firmware upgrade did surprisingly add 1-2% performance boosts in some games with no need for game specific patches to the surprise of Digital Foundry when they were trying games. So that was pretty cool.
