Man, every part of this looks amazing.

A lot.. kinda. The other trailers show Freddie clearly wearing an Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and Superman shirt. He has newspapers from the Black Zero event from Man of Steel hanging on his wall. Just don't expect any other heroes to cameo in this movie (unless they kept a Cavill Superman appearance super on the down low).
If I'm remember right Man of Steel's budget was also inflated because of past failed starts with other films. The actual cost of MoS itself I think was suppose to be lower the reported number for it.
Either they've totally reinvented the character so he's basically them in name only or there's some bait and switch shenanigans going on. The bald goblin for a scientist that sprayed Captain Marvel with laughing gas, Mark Strong ain't.
Swamp Thing's getting a tv series on the DC streaming service produced by James Wan soon.
Look at how well JUMANJI did the same week as Starwars and it nearly hit 1b lol it'll be fine. Plus this is the "family" movie to see in comparison.
The idea of Sivana as being superpowered and going toe to toe with Captain Marvel is the only part of this I'm nervous about. Sivana should be frail and do everything indirectly, or at least with giant robots

People thought Aquaman was gonna bomb and it's about bto become DCs biggest movie ever.
Shazam will be a fun family flick that we'll need up watching every Christmas since it takes place during Christmas.
Sad to see no trailer. :(
Small chances of it being a legit bomb. It is far more likely that the film will only make a small profit when everything is said and done.
My own expectation is that the film will do pretty solid. Better than something like Ant-man 2.
