There's nothing much to get.
XboxSeX is meant to be the next leap in console graphics and yet the face of the brute is rather comically poor so people are having fun with it. Though for the top gif, that's specially a reference to another meme because the Brute's face is rather gorilla like.

The wallguy is the first pic I posted, It became a meme in the Xbox 360 launch, its from Perfect Dark Zero and looks horrible, now we have the Brute for the Xbox Series X wich is on it's way to become another meme right at the launch of the new generation.
Damn, I though this was insanely funny, guess we are alone in this hahaha

People like to take things from popular culture and try to make it funny, overuse it into oblivion until the next thing come along. It's a joke or serious criticism depending on what side of the spectrum you are on.
I just want more silly faces on the industry, and the Brute it's more than perfect.

Although I find this Brute picture funny, you need to pause the video to even see his face, this one here would make more sense:
