The Browns realized that simply losing or not making the playoffs wouldn't suffice anymore. That's totally expected. So they devised a plan to put together a roster to make them paper champs, only to underachieve and shit the bed once again - completely breaking the already fragile psyches of the fanbase.
John Wolford did a better job albeit it was with 3rd/4th stringers. Like to seeing him line up with the 2nd/3rd stringers next, although we're good with Bortles at 2nd string.
Agreed, Mullens is for sure the second string. It's not even close.
