If it were only that simple. If all it required to become a champion was "hunger" and "motivation". As if every other contending team isn't "hungry" and "motivated".
As with most teams, maybe this collection of talent will be back. Maybe they never will see a Super Bowl together again. How many teams have we seen over the years that we were like, "oh yea they'll get back to the SB again, prob next year!" only for them to be forgotten. Saints, Falcons, Seahawks, Packers, Colts, Eagles, Bears, so on and so on and so on. Because as it turns out, football is very hard to predict. Injuries are inevitable. Mistakes and luck may or may not be on your side.
Good luck to them, but the odds are definitely not in their favor.
Not counting the Pats since they gripped the 2010s, who was the best Super Bowl team in the 2010s? Do we count the Saints in XLIV since they were the 2009 Saints?
Hope they stay hungry and fucking motivated.
Plus we should be getting Blair and Jones back healthy, our D was at its best when they were rotated in and out.
Team or winner? Not counting the Pats since they gripped the 2010s, who was the best Super Bowl team in the 2010s? Do we count the Saints in XLIV since they were the 2009 Saints?
Winning teams. Pats have the default so they are out.
Seahawks. Not counting the Pats since they gripped the 2010s, who was the best Super Bowl team in the 2010s? Do we count the Saints in XLIV since they were the 2009 Saints?
Yeah, I just wonder what would have happened if the Pats won the AFC. Maybe XLIX before XLIX?2013 Seattle, you can make a good case for Eagles 2017 as their depth was so good.
I dunno. I just know the Seahawks game was our best Super Bowl win.Yeah, I just wonder what would have happened if the Pats won the AFC. Maybe XLIX before XLIX?

as a Raiders fan I thought it was a blast tooI'm biased, but the 2013 Seahawks absolutely wrecked Denver in the Super Bowl. It's a blast to watch as a Hawks fan, but I can understand how it was painful or boring for everyone else.
I can see the argument for Seattle too, but Wilson was still in his game manager phase. Hawks were pretty loaded all around. They ranked 7th in offensive DVOA and 2nd in Defensive DVOA, while in 2013, Seahawks were 7th and 1st, respectively.
Please. We all know that shit is happening in Philadelphia right now, it's just not on television.Man imagine the headlines and narratives if this was Philly doing it....

It's funny how people view that team as one of the best of the decade now when we weren't even favored to win.I'm biased, but the 2013 Seahawks absolutely wrecked Denver in the Super Bowl. It's a blast to watch as a Hawks fan, but I can understand how it was painful or boring for everyone else.
