Jerry wants to prove that he can have a puppet coach that he developed to win a super bowl proving that he doesn't need great or good coaching. It is really that simple. The whole Jimmy Johnson thing is still bothering him.

I just realized that if Dallas goes in to the tank after this game, Oakland is going to have a really nice pick. What a fucking stupid trade.

Remember when Jerry Jones compared Dak to Cam Newton and Jared Goff...

Well at least Cowboys fans have the draft to look forward to. There's some good players in the first round.

I feel sorry for Dak. Garrett will blame Dak for this lost season to try to save his job even though if was his decision to give the starter job to dak over romo. He just wanted Tony gone. This is what jason does when a player question his offense. It is sad that Jerry can't see this or won't.

A wasted number one pick that they would need for a QB in the draft. Dak is lost at this point. Garrett and Linehan can't teach or develop a young qb but they got what they want from dak and that was to get rid of tony. Congratulations the clapper and the dumb.
Tony couldn't stay on the field anymore. He was done.

All of that is true but if they beat the Eagles this week they aren't in that bad of a situation. The obits being written for Dallas already is weird. They've been bad but their season really isnt over until Philly beats them this week
It feels like Dallas fans have been saying this every week for a while now.

They have a QB that can't play, and a coach that should have been fired years ago, you can write the obit for every season going forward until that changes
