You gotta love how the Habs are about to miss the playoffs for the third straight year, 4 out of 5 years now (with that one year being a first round exit), and nothing will change, BargainBin will remain GM, Timmins will remain head scout, and Molson will remain a modern day Ballard.

8 years of Bergevin:
- 2013: 1st round exit
- 2014: 3rd round exit
- 2015: 2nd round exit
- 2016: missed playoffs
- 2017: 1st round exit
- 2018: missed playoffs
- 2019: missed playoffs
- 2020: missed playoffs

Molson:

Is the inevitable replacement going to act any different?

As an outside observer, Canadian markets have to be the most intense, and the Montreal market even more so.

Sharks weren't making the playoffs anyway but they've had pretty bad luck with injuries this year. At least they can now sell off whatever assets they can at the deadline and pray they don't win the draft lottery.

Well, yea, you have to suck to get swept by the "supposed" worst in the League Red Wings.

IMO, the bottom 4 teams in the league are about on par, and that's where the Canadiens belong.
Bergevin built this team, they suck because he put the team together. Such a pathetic fragile group, where 1 or 2 injuries basically turns you into a mediocre AHL team.

I hope Molson grows some balls and fires Bergevin tomorrow before the GM gets to make this team any worse before the deadline.

They even trade for Quebecers even though they're not good or a "need" for your team.

Drouin, a bust without good players feeding him (MacKinnon, Tampa), Scandella with the beautiful pass. Such a dumb mentality. Who cares if they're from Quebec, if they suck, you don't need them, especially the management staff.
