Speaking of pizza, apart from including the DLC what else could they realistically do for the Pikmin 3 port?

I'm really curious what they might add to Pikmin 3. I suppose it's a good value with the core game and DLC, but certainly they could take the opportunity to add some new stuff. If nothing else, I imagine there could be an "easy mode" character akin to Funky Kong or Peachette. Yeah, I'm personally hoping they move away from Mario+Rabbids entirely and make something new. Even if they make a sequel, just remove the Rabbids please
I loved the game, and maybe I'm alone in this in here, but I'm not really ready for them to make a sequel. I need at least another year (or two) before I'm craving more. I am however interested in Nintendo working with that team on more projects . The game really came together beautifully - a highlight that I shamefully keep forgetting when I'm thinking about just how good 2017 was for Nintendo.

Again, he's not the only one saying that. John Harker also agreed with the Direct is on the 13th. He's never been wrong about a single thing from here or through the GAF days.
The EPD ports so far have added a new character + other features. Hoping Pikmin 3 can be the same but not sure they'd go to the effort to add in whole campaign missions for the Olimar/Louie story.
Reggie announced he's running for president, he's bringing back the Bigfoot pizza and releasing Mother 3 and he told Trump "your body is not ready"
They just showed the Direct. We're now speculating on the next one.
Add purple and white pikman side quest that give them there own onions, sections and two new bosses
