OMG, I need to calm down.
BoxBoy was my favorite new IP on 3DS, and some of my fav games on the system.
Pikmin 3 is one of my favorite game ever
Mario Maker...well, my avatar speaks for itself.
Animal Crossing is also huge for me...I've spent 350 hours on New Leaf.
If everything comes out in 2019....*gasp*

Let's Go was the "home console" game, not the "handhelds" game.
Long story short, Kanye West said something tremendously stupid and then some fans said "we forgive you king" and others started using that line ironically, to the point where people here started using it in completely unrelated topics for comedic effect.
They've done Directs on Wednesday plenty of times. They did a direct on Valentines Day in the past too.
Directs don't have to be on Thursday. Wednesday was Direct Day just two years ago.
Miyamoto has talked about Pikmin 4 after Hey Pikmin released, it definitely exists
Could have meant 13th for announcement. We'll find out Tuesday. I would much rather have the direct a day early
I would like a beautiful, hand drawn 2d Zelda. Albw was a wonderful game, but I really didn't like its artstyle.
Do people actually hate 13 that much? It's not the best, but it's certainly not terrible. I honestly don't think they've made a truly terrible FF game besides the original launch of 14.

It was absolutely meant to be played in handheld mode. Have you tried it with separated joycons? It feels awful. And they won't let you use a pro controller.
I still don't see Animal Crossing as a holiday game. I see Mario Maker 2 and Pokémon as the huge holiday games.

A modern top down Zelda game in a hand drawn art style would be insanely cool. Kind of what the Ittle Dew games go for.

No they weren't. Miyamoto said they were still working on the Pikmin game and this was after Nintendo already announced Hey Pikmin.

If Mario Maker 2 exists, I am really curious what they are going to add to make it a worthwhile online experience. Level sharing doesn't really justify NSO imo.
To be fair he didn't say these games would be announced in this Direct, only that they were coming this year.
I always personally view Animal Crossing as a relaxing spring/summer game.
He said they're getting out this year but he's unsure if they'll all be announced in next week's direct.

Metroid Trilogy I'll only care if there is some sort of update to it, I already have the wii version and that's enough for me at the moment, though I'm happy others would be able to experience it.
Aside from that, I don't care for pikmin, zelda or mario maker.
Hopefully the direct has info on FE, LM3, Bayo3 and Daemon x Machina.
My eternal hope for a new F-Zero, Custom Robo, Wave Race and Golden Sun continues I guess.

I'm just quoting Game Freak, Let's Go uses the home console features of the Switch like motion controls, co op and single joycon controller.

Well, you´re right. However, he did said that Nintendo is going to show them in some moment. But it´s a possibility we see some of them during the Direct.
Same. I think it'll release around July. Now that covers Nintendo with a huge game in the summer. They have big games like 2D Zelda, Pokémon and Mario Maker 2 for holidays.
