I guess for predictions I've got

DQB 2 and/or DQ 11 S western release date
MPT reveal and release date
Baba Is You release date (indie title)
Ultimate DLC reveal at the end

Either that or I think it could be focused on Animal Crossing. I think AC will come out in July right after E3 and their E3 presentation will rely on Pokémon (which will release in November of course). However, I think an April direct about AC is more likely.

Just in case you're serious I'll post what I said yesterday. John Harker came in this thread asking if we knew the date of the direct, we said yes the 13th, and he replied yes that's correct. There is no misunderstanding. If they say a direct is coming then it is.

It should be announced around 11 PM JST (if it airs at a similar time to the last Direct).

GUYS YOU'RE SETTING YOURSELVES UP FOR DISAPPOINTMENT AGAIN!!

Worst-case predictions are better for your post-Direct mental health - I'll begin:

Shadowdrop of first episodes of FFVII and FFIX.
Announcement of remaining Smash DLC characters: That guy from Doom, that guy from Minecraft, and due to unexpected popular demand: Waluigi.
Announcement of a "Switch Pro" that can only be used chained up to your TV at home with Pro Controllers (buy separately) and will allow 60FPS on BotW. Pokemon Gen 8 will be the first exclusive.
No sign of Persona 5, GTA 5, Witcher 3. Only Assassin's Creed 3 will ever get a port.
Nintendo announcing that after the "disappointing" Switch sales and 3DS dying, Switch will be their last hardware line. As advised by their investors after the financial success of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp they will bring all their franchises full-mobile free to play from 2020 onwards.
