I bought Furi on sale last autumn and it ended up being my favorite game of the end of the year. Great experience all around, very rewarding and certainly not "too hard". I'm really looking forward to the next game of that studio.

I don't know if it's the sheer quantity or anything, but during the Wii era I could keep up with the best games.

Now it's seems impossible, there are quality releases weekly, and I think even if I stop working and dedicated all my time to gaming, I couldn't finish all of those.

Unless it's a game I want to play day 1, like, for example, Yoshi's Crafted World recently, it'll go on my watchlist, and generally unless I've nothing else to play, i'll buy once it goes on a sale for the most part. But yeah, it's a good problem to have in some respects :)

Haha, this happened to me too. About a month or two ago I said "no buying games until you beat some of these other ones!" and so I finally started beating all these games I had bought.

In the meantime though I bought Yoshi, pre-ordered Cuphead, etc. etc.
