combat is such a small part of the game, I liked my time with it (Platinumed it) and I am really curious how this one plays out. Might double-dip just for support.

Wilmot's Warehouse looks really nice; the visuals remind me of one of the planets in Meteos.... between that, Astral Chain, the Lucah DLC, and Wuppo, it feels like there's a whole bunch of stuff in like a ten day period that I'm super interested in lol....it's been a couple months since I last had this problem.

Oh I didn't know Panic Button were going the Torchlight 2 port, that's reassuring at least.

They ported a bunch of stuff for the Switch including Doom, Wolfenstein, Rocket League, Warframe, Hob and are working on Doom Eternal.

Yeah, I'm certainly not out here trying to say the game is bad. I just know that some folks, like myself and a few in this thread who responded, are instantly turned off by super difficult games, so I wanted to bring it to their attention.

I was already interested in The Sinking City, but the Devs' attitude and effort have cemented this as a Day 1 for me.

On a different note, I still haven't finished my first house in FE (60 hours in... I'm a slow player), tomorrow I'm buying Astral Chain with a voucher, so what's the most logical thing one does in such a situation?

I did on PC, it's a pale imitation of Darkest Dungeon unfortunately. The viking one is supposed to be good tho (Vinland something?)

I played just a few minutes of Wilmot's Warehouse tonight and it's delightful. It seems like it's got a nice balance between hectic scrambling and relaxing sorting, since each individual stage (broken into a sorting phase and a delivering phase) is timed, but at the end of every three stages, you get to pick out some upgrades and then take as long as you want to sort the whole warehouse, which is really sweet. The sorting, at least so far, is left to the player's discretion, so you can sort the different items by whatever criteria you want. The whole thing is very polished and very charming, and there's some neat touches like a roguelike-esque (lol...the game is not a roguelike, to be clear) visibility effect where you have to be close enough to identify what each box is, and some nice HD rumble. I'm not sure what form a lose-state takes, if there is one, but I can see it getting pretty challenging as the warehouse fills up. I wanted to play more, but my switch's battery was on the brink, but i'll definitely be returning to it.

It has some improvements over the PC release, but the NintendoLife review still hit it with a 4 out of 10. I had a feeling that was gonna be the case. Shame, because the visuals are great.
