Couldn't you just use the EXP dungeon to bypass the tedious aspects of the grind? Then I came to the Gangrel boss and hit a massive wall. Now I can't bring myself to play it as it'll mean grinding constantly.

Anyone outside of NA using a Canadian eshop account have problems buying recently? I've never had an issue using a foreign credit card but suddenly I can't buy anything for that reason. Has to be a recent change but I don't see anyone talking about it.
Remember guys, the first step is admitting you have a problem.
My aim is to cut through some of them before the end of March, because Animal Crossing and Doom are going to consume my existence. How is the online activity for MH GenU these days? Still have folks playing it? Iceborne alone isn't satiating my monster hunting thirst. I need more!
Nice

Oh there's some games that I'll simply never finish (I think I've bought Bastion for about 4 systems now and never finished it on any of them), but I kind of like it you know?I think my library size and completion% are about the same as yours. I've long given up, but good luck 😅
I don't understand.

52 incomplete is nothing compared to some of us here.

From Aprikurt and TheMoon? That's from Backloggery.
Nice.
Way ahead of you there. 😩Remember guys, the first step is admitting you have a problem.
Those unfinished 140 Wii U games tho... 😳
I finished Super Crush KO last night.
It is disappointingly short, I realise that kind of game is made for replaying the levels to get better high scores, but I'm not that kind of gamer. I wish there was a bit more visual variety between the worlds. It's a bit of a shame you have to fight the same boss four times..
But besides those niggles mentioned above, the game is a tonne! of fun to play. The combat is really smooth, frantic and thrilling. Playing the game feels so damn satisfying.
I'd give it 7/10
Virtual Console doesn't count :PNice.

Played a bit of Hypercharged last night. I wish you didn't have to hold the sprint button down.
If you liked Papers, Please, take a look at Not Tonight: Take Back Control Edition. It's basically the same game (spot the differences), but with light RPG elements, a bit easier (at least for now) and here you play as an EU immigrant working as a bouncer at pubs and festivals in a post-Brexit UK (that premise got me XD).
In the words of the developers: A DARK POLITICAL COMEDY RPG SET IN DYSTOPIAN POST-BREXIT BRITAIN
Graphics are great (wonderful pixel art), the humor is nice and the gameplay loop y right up my alley: You choose a job through and app called BOUNCR on your phone, go there, talk to the boss, do your work, win money to pay the rent (or new clothes, item for you house, a skin for the phone…), increase your level, repeat. At first controls are a bit wonky (the game was designed for mouse and keyboard controls), but I think they are really well implemented and I got used to them pretty quickly. Now they work perfectly for me.
As I said, the basics are the same as Papers, Please. In Not Tonight there's a queue of people trying to enter a pub (or festival, or party…). You have to check the IDs for the correct photo, flag, birth date, expiry date and so… Everything's correct? You can enter. There's something wrong? Not tonight… As you progress the game adds some new elements as a second queue, which can be a guest list where you have to check if their names are there, or other ones where you have to check that some VIPs say the correct password.
When you finish your work you go back to your apartment, where people comes to visit, you check your notes and calendar, buy things or chat to people using your phone. The story is narrated through those people you interact with in those moments and with the bosses at each job.
Really nice so far…
Thanks never used that before.
The site's pretty ancient but it's the best one I've seen.
the complete redesign is coming late this year
What's up with the NA eshop store on PC?
My switch isn't with me this week, but I wanted to buy a few games on sale so I tried from my PC. I can buy digital games when I move my region to Canada or Mexico but nothing comes up for my default NA region.
well it is at least confirmed to release in NA and EU on 2020 so if everything goes fine it won't be a long wait.
I really dug OG Shovel Knight, then Plague Doctor just turned me off the whole collection.I booted up King of Cards, hated it, and then kind of got used to King Knight's really weird platforming enough to start enjoying myself.
Now I'm playing a card game and hate it all over again.

I thought you had enough room in your jaded heart for only one "Knight" game.I love Plague Knight. It's so tricky and weird, and it has my absolute favourite romance in all of video games.
Oooh saucy. What's meant to be in the redesign? Are we getting the fabled app?
Finally arrived at the heart fight in Slay the Spire with the Silent in poison build. Common enemies can't even touch me and elite enemies can be killed in a few turns. But this heart... that's fucking bullshit lmao. How am I suppose to fight this thing? Actually, please do not answer as I want to figure it out myself.
