Wondering how the Etrian games (and persona Q) would work without the dual screens. I suppose they could make the map a selectable screen or something that you fill with the stick and buttons. Or potentially make those handheld only for touch screen mapping. I probably would like most of these as well, but not sure I need to be buying any more 50-100 hour RPGs on switch...I didn't know 13 sentinels was Atlus (?)
Anyway, from that list I'd take everything except Catherine and perhaps some of the earlier Personas, which I am not really interested in. I'd also skip perhaps some of the earlier Etrian Odysseys because I already played them to completion on 3DS.
Added: I find this interesting - " If previous Atlus games (games which can be played on other hardware, without adding additional elements) " - since that is basically what they did with TMS, right?
Wow they list all these games and still didn't include Trauma CenterGoNintendo:
Atlus has shared their annual online survey in Japan, and one question in particular paints a very rosy picture for the Switch. While nothing is confirmed at this point, it's clear that Atlus is at least considering ports of multiple big-name games to the Switch. Check out the full question and mentions games from the survey below.

Yeah, I'm trying the same as I have some credit I'm trying really hard to to spend, lol.Doing a tough thing right now, not buying anymore games till the next general Nintendo direct(which I totally expect in the next couple weeks)
Someone please hype me up for Thronebreakers. I have my finger on the trigger but I just can't shoot.
They forgot Muramasa the Demon Blade :-(GoNintendo:

Playing it right now, really fun game! Honestly probably more puzzle game than card game. They really switch up the objectives for every battle though which is great because it keeps things from getting stale. Plus Meve is a really great character.Someone please hype me up for Thronebreakers. I have my finger on the trigger but I just can't shoot.
Marvelous owns that IP.
I just saw Wargroove and I'm really interested in it. How did you guys find it? I'm a huge Fire Emblem fan and I played from GBA to Switch, will I like it? Also, how's the resolution and framerate?
I'm probably gonna be an outlier here, but I enjoyed Thronebreaker for a bit, but that was it. The card bits got frustrating a few hours out of the tutorial. The AI basically feels like it's in cheat mode half the time. It's somewhat similar to Gwent if all the cards were replaced with shittier ones. Thanks guys. Does it retain gwents addictive nature from W3? I know they changed it a bit.
Tangledeep is fairly close to it.
Where the f... is Snowboard Kids??GoNintendo:

Two N64 games that're kinda rare (like $35-50 each for just the chart. CIB, $100+ easily), mainly the 2nd, better game. They were basically racing games with a snowboarding theme & I remember renting the 2nd one as a kid and rather enjoyed it.
I didn't ask what they are, I asked why they aren't included and why we haven't got a port yet because I played the first one and IT WAS DAMN AWESOME, better than Mario Kart 64.Two N64 games that're kinda rare (like $35-50 each for just the chart. There was a weird reboot on the DS. It was fine from what I've heard.
My bad! I misread your post as "what" & not "where". But yeah, totally agree. It sucks that they've never been ported to other consoles. Gimme a double pack of 1 & 2. Put them on the N64 Online when that eventually happens. The developer is still around, so I guess there's just not enough of a demand.I didn't ask what they are, I asked why they aren't included and why we haven't got a port yet because I played the first one and IT WAS DAMN AWESOME, better than Mario Kart 64.
Was wondering why The Mystery of Wooley Mountain was a top seller (in fact THE top seller (?) last week) and downloaded the demo. It seems to be a fine, if generic, adventure game, and was a bit baffled.
Then I see oh, it's 90 percent off, guess that explains it, sort of.
Tell us more! It's on my list but the chara design is off putring :(wow, Kunai might be top-tier metroidvania. Certainly leaves an amazing first impression (I got to the second major zone)
How does it run these days?
Runs good
Ouch :D Do you like it anyways?

These games were my jam back in high school. Didn't realize how much I really needed to play these again until reading this thread. I miss when "extreme" sports games were a dime a dozen and a lot of them were actually good.I wish that Atlus would remember that they made Snowboard Kids and re-release the N64 games. They don't even have to put any effort into re-making them. Just put them on Switch, please. :(
Looked and played really well to me, too. I'm actually considering jumping back into P5 and finishing it so I can enjoy this game. P4G is one of my top 5 games of all time, but 15 hours into P5 I could not bring myself to keep going. It felt so sloggy and bogged down in comparison. Maybe I'll give it a shot, still...Just finished playing the Persona 5 Scramble demo.
At this point in time, this is probably my most anticipated game of the year. It has wildly exceeded any expectation I had for it and I'm not even a huge P5 guy.
Must resist urge to buy...love Giants...but damn my backlog is haunting me.My obscure recommendation of the week:
The Mims: Beginning
This is for all intents and purposes a forgotten late 90s/early 2000s Bullfrog god sim/strategy game - it plays like a combination of Black and White and Startopia, complete with weird humor and oddball presentation. Other games of the time that come to mind are Shiny's Sacrifice and Giants: Citizen Kabuto. If you love and miss any of those you know what you have to do.
The visual style is like a Euro-janky version of Pikmin. It's certainly not without some minor bugs and blemishes but for $5 (regular price $8 if I recall) it's a must have for fans of the genre. Games of this type are far too rare today.
It runs well undocked, the story and world are unique and intriguing, controls aren't perfect - it's originally a pc game - but you get used to them. A lot of heart and soul was poured into this little gem.
Ignore the Steam reviews, either the Switch port has been rebalanced/fixed up, or they're just not representative of the experience playing on a portable device.
Played 4-5 missions today and intend to 100% the game.
This is why you must defeat the racism.I'm annoyed the races are the only things keeping me from 100% Spyro 3
I meant in the flying levels, everything else was great
I consider Persona 5 to be a huge slog but I'm typically an outlier in this line of thought.Looked and played really well to me, too. Nah, you like Metroidvania's. Those are just not good ones.Actually, I don't like Metroidvanias. I just like Hollow Knight and MonsterBoy; and Yoku, of course!
I'm trying hard to like Sundered, but like Momodora and other before, those games are just not for me.
