Probably just a Tegra with the HW exploit fixed
Yeah? Were you thinking otherwise? It's not a Pro version if you phase out the original
launching with Metroid prime 4 and snes games included with Nintendo online
LOL!I just hope it's powerful enough to have new themes and SNES games.
Could it be that this will be a silent revision? Maybe it won't be announced but it will just replace the current SKU.
Ok. I'll be waiting for the rumored Switch Pro next year.
So you think the other model is still coming this year even though CNET said it isn't?
Could it be that this will be a silent revision? Maybe it won't be announced but it will just replace the current SKU.
Sure. There's a revision coming this year to replace the OG Switch. And I'm expecting it to come in at least two colors.
this is what i'm expecting. we'll just have switch and switch lite on the market, and a big deal won't be made about the switch replacement.Could it be that this will be a silent revision? Maybe it won't be announced but it will just replace the current SKU.

You're setting yourself for disappointment, there won't be one.
Maybe they will just announce the new colours Emily is referring to (if one of them was red, I could be tempted...), if the specs are basically the sameThat's what I'd expect. It's going to be like countless console revisions where you won't be able to tell the difference unless you know exactly what to look for.
i think this is it, i doubt there's going to be a switch pro after this point.
Pretty muchNintendo will quietly release this on the market. This will replace Switch we have now.
Switch "Pro" will release next year alongside BOTW sequel.
the Nvidia exploit was fixed for a while i the ipatched units. This is probably the Mariko board that fixes the Nvidia exploit.

even after this some people will keep waiting for that imaginary switch pro, lol. You're setting yourself for disappointment, there won't be one.
Apparently that's what people in this topic are saying now. After reading countless post in the other topic of people discussing a Switch Pro coming, now I have to believe it never existed (or what we thought Switch Pro could be). No external changes??
Hm, so they aren't marketing it as a separate pro, just slipping in a little upgrade?Sure. There's a revision coming this year to replace the OG Switch. And I'm expecting it to come in at least two colors.
Here's what I wrote on June 17th.
WSJ never called it a Pro, they said it had 'enhancements for avid gamers'. One of which is probably more internal storage.Apparently not this year, but Nintendo has lied about future console announcements in the past (DS Lite, a few days prior to announcement).
I take WSJ over Nintendo, but the worst case scenario is we get a new console next year.
How many SKUs did they have for the 3ds? A lot more than three.I feel like if a pro release was imminent in the next year or so, this would be completely unnecessary unless they intend to stick three distinct SKUs...so maybe there is no pro model.
The original report always talked about enhancements to the system, it was never specific, it never mentioned a Pro model nor external changes. This is the Pro model.Apparently that's what people in this topic are saying now. After reading countless post in the other topic of people discussing a Switch Pro coming, now I have to believe it never existed (or what we thought Switch Pro could be). No external changes??
Imma take my chances with credible peopleYou're setting yourself for disappointment, there won't be one.
Wow you're cool
the RCM was fixed in the iPatched unit, deja vu (software hack) is working and already patched on 8.0.The exploit that is currently public was fixed. There are numerous others.
