No, i remenber him giving interviews regarding nintendo presence in other countries too.I may be wrong, but I don't think NoA has any jurisdiction outside of the US, even Canada has its own branch.
Well he is a robot, so you're correct. Seriously the Mega64 stuff and the other similar skits Nintendo has done with him is why people liked him, not because of bs sales pitches like "Not the same game, not the same content". You don't often see execs doing stuff like it, with Iwata being another rare example.People actually liked Reggie?
He's been a fake marketing bullshitter since day one. His slow, deliberate reading of the script has always seemed so robotic, that I couldn't imagine anyone actually forming any kind of real liking for him.
Maybe that's just my dislike of most marketers. At least he wasn't as bad as Cammie Dunaway, but they are definitely on the same level.
Why did you even post?People actually liked Reggie?

Reggie is trending #1 worldwide right now. It's fair to say he is beloved.People actually liked Reggie?

It was an attempt to paint Bowser as a Trump supporter through an incredibly out of context old tweet.
There was only so much Reggie could control, though. He was marketing and sales guy, not a CEO like Iwata. He couldn't really get his hands in product development. So when he got a stinker like the Wii U, he had to do his best with that. The guy gave the most PR answers of all time. He was like some kind of PR automaton most of the time. Despite that, he is an undeniable iconic figure in terms of corporate industry heads and I will miss the memes and jokes. Wish him the best.
I sincerely hope that the Japanese text on Bowser's business cards refer to him as Doug Koopa.Furukawa to be followed by Koopa? :v
But seriously, I wish him the best at his retirement.

One of the most likable people in the Industry. Bowser has big shoes to fill!
To be fair, all the branch offices of Nintendo are little more than localization and PR.This kinda stings. Dude was nothing more than a PR mouthpiece but I'll still miss seeing him around. :(
