Ok fair enough. Can't say I agree though.I feel people would be more inclined to use it in docked mode if they had a proper, traditional controller versus the Joy Con grip.

I use it almost exclusively handheld. Hope this data convinces Nintendo to not have features in their games that work significantly better in docked mode over handheld, like the motion controls in Odyssey.
Yep. I mainly play at work and even when I'm home someone else is probably using the TV.
I have a Pro Controller and I still use mine almost 100% as a handheldI feel people would be more inclined to use it in docked mode if they had a proper, traditional controller versus the Joy Con grip.

It is a proper, traditional controller. Some of you are quick to label anything as different the second it even slightly diverges from the norm
I played SMO in tabletop mode quite a bit. It's said that handheld is used more generally... but I wonder if Mario Odyssey will change this, since it has moves that can't be done effectively unless you're playing docked and with Joycons in hand?
Oh nice, Nintendo can get stats via internet when someone plays docked/undocked. But what about the huge amount that plays offline?
