Trials of Mana remake looks great.

This is how Secret of Mana should have been remade. If it's a success I hope it happens next.

Yup. I like having the animations on for a little while. But it slows the game down too much.
It was just an observation and not a complaint, but I'd not really thought of that aspect of it. That's probably a good reason.
Regardless, it looks like a fun mode.
Final Fantasy Adventure | Mana 1 is a simple, but cool game.
Secret of Mana is fantastic.
Never tried Seiken Desentsu 3.
It is a Top 5 SNES RPG and I don't say that lightly. Up there with Lufia 2, Chrono Trigger, Terranigma, and Final Fantasy 6. I always liked it more than Secret of Mana
Even seeing the words Lufia 2 makes me want to replay it again.
Looks so good on switch already, can't wait to pick up the PC version. Really excited about the remake :)

Yeah. It looks really solid. Super Lucky's Tale is normally $20.
I wouldn't be surprised if this new version ends up being a little more expensive but I suspect it's at the worst case no more than $30. I'll hit the dev up on Twitter and see if he says anything.
I'll probably pick up Super Mario Maker 2 when I can get it for a bit cheaper. The "campaign" stuff looks interesting and I love playing levels, but I'm not crazy about the "Build your own" stuff.
I was thinking same thing - didn't think I'd gain interest in a game just from the in-between segment showing that woman playing it for a good 5-10min

But I think i will get the Trials of Mana remake. For some reason, the music makes me feel nostalgic in the best way, and the gameplay looks really great.
