Given the likelyhood of Joe Biden winning the nomination, combined with the Rape allegations, there are many people who would rather not vote for Biden during the election. I totally understand why people would be uncomfortable with him, but I'm urging people who decide to sit out the presidential race to please at least participate in the House, Senate, and Governor races.
If Trump ends up winning a second term, the only thing left to check his power will be the House of Representatives, the Senate, and states and municipalities that step up to protect their citizens against Trump's policies. Currently all we can do is block whatever is attempted to pass through the Senate, but we have little recourse for checking his Judicial nominations, or his executive powers. If we lose any seats in the house, and if we fail to take back a majority in the Senate, Trump will be virtually unchecked during his second term.
If you feel the presidency is already a lost cause, then please for the love of God, vote in your House, Senate, Governor, and local races. We can at the very least limit the damage that the Trump administration may inflict on the country.
The senate shall decide our fate. (and the other elections as well)
