It also leapfrogged all the way to 5th best selling game of 2018, above Spider-man.(by revenue)

The concept of a huge roster with every character and new ones, and the local multiplayer capability of the Switch really worked out well for this game. An amazing achievement. It doesnt hurt that the game plays and looks really good. Its the first time I ever got into Smash as much as I did. This game will sell well for a long time.

And people said to me in this forum and in other places that Smash is niche and that Spider-Man would destroy it, being the best-selling title on the year. lol

Smash is literally hype incarnate.

I didnt know literally all the Halo FPSs were there, wow. I thought maybe Halo 5 missed the cut.
