If you turn on director's commentary, he'll tell you they used a dummy.
I mean, I'm not sure how it is in your household, but jumping tables wasn't really a common thing with us. If I'm honest, if you asked me to jump a whole table, I think I'd hurt myself.

I haven't rewatched Matrix Reloaded in a while, but wasn't that intentional? I seem to recall them intentionally using different looks for the Smiths.
This one I still attribute to the hardest I've ever laughed in my life.
Not movies but I remember pausing Lost during one of Sayid's fight scenes and needed to take a couple of shots :)
I wonder why they didn't just get someone to put on his hat and coat and never look at the camera?
No, that was not intentional, they just had to use stunt doubles for many shots rather than CG Smiths.
I'll have to rewatch it because I distinctly remember those doubles being EXTREMELY obvious, and I seem to recall actual talking parts by some of them too? It never crossed my mind it wasn't intentional because they very visibly show the "fake" Smiths a lot, not doing anything to hide them.
