When someone as young as her became an overnight success, I thought "Wow. She is amazing." She is my age, smart, sexy. There was no reason me and her couldn't hit it off and be friends! I read about her daily, watched footage of her nightly—I could tell she really was speaking to me. Then this happens. All of a sudden she is making time for "at-risk" people, people who fear for their well-being and livelihoods every day who just want their voice to be heard by someone who they feel is actually listening. I don't fucking think so. I listened to HER every day! And every night before falling asleep—when I would moan and scream her name into my pillow, calling out for her touch—I prayed she was listening to me. But now I know it was a lie. She betrayed me. Betrayed me by not allowing the press to take pictures and interview these "at-risk" people who she wants to reach out to—people that aren't me. I deserved better! She has broke this country in two, along with my heart. We are all doomed if she is our future. And I better not find out she has a boyfriend, or we're done.
