Strange days we are living through, for sure.

It's the most important week in wrestling this... well this century so far. As tempted as I am to watch all of it just for the historical context, I can't bring myself to watch the Saudi blood money product.

I hope it's all good. I want the competition level to be high. I hope every brand and product pushes all the others to be the best version of itself it can be. I hope the talent (whoever they work for) get better pay, and better taken care of. I hope the viewing figures are good.

AEW doesn't need to kill anything else to thrive. And thrive I hope it does, more than I hope anything else. I want a viable alternative. I want a product where I don't have to ignore the people running it goofing around in the Oval office with Donald Trump, or flying off to put on a show for a murderous crown prince every few months.

Man, to be a neutral right now would be pretty fucking cool.

prepare for hot takes this week and lots of them. especially when it comes to viewership.

even though the infinitely more interesting/important number will be how dynamite, nxt and smackdown are doing one month from now with the honeymoon period over

Nah, one month from now isn't interesting. One month from now they will all be down.

The key thing is if they can grow from wherever they bottom out at once all the marketing and build up and hype have passed. I personally think Dynamite's overnights for tomorrow will be a realistic target for their weekly audience this time next year, but it's going to go down initially.

So, hold up, whats the new story for Blue Demon and Wagner Jr.? I've been out of touch since Triplemania, but i thought both retired or something something.

Every wrestler who teases/publicly vents on social media but resigns anyways deserves a cuckholding storyline tbh

Wait a minute, is this UK exclusive? I can't use it from Germany.
But we can buy PPVs with the same prices as UK, what's up with that?
