I mean, it ran on Switch. It's also Unreal 4, so you can make the internal resolution as low as need be.Not having System Requirements sounds worrying tbh. Hopefully it will run well on my shite laptop...
No port begging!!!!!1
Most of these ports are a released one year later from the console one, so you're going to have to wait till July of 2020 if they do plan a PC port.I'm happy SE is taking PC more and more seriously. Now, DQB2 on Steam, when?

I doesn't really need it but it would be nice for sure.
Secretly hoping for a FF6 character mod lol
Same. At least it's a turn based JRPG, so if it's gotta run at 30 to look good, then so be it.Not having System Requirements sounds worrying tbh. Hopefully it will run well on my shite laptop...
You should watch the DF video about it. The effects used can be quite taxing. It's a game that looks like it was made 20 years ago. Shit laptops will run this easily.
Agreed. I hated how much sensory overload the visuals can get. It's going to be cool if you can remove all these effects. Also having Full HD resolutions available will make the pixel art stand out
Might give this a chance if modders greatly improve the incredibly amateurish post-processing effects.

Edit: And the story.
TBH, Japanese developers have been good about these kinds of things with Unreal 4. Might just be the engine being so well documented.
Ouch.

😏Can't believe people aren't respecting the artistic vision of the developer here and thinking about removing the post effecrs. You aren't only breaking the game, you're also breaking yourself. It's sad that you can't tell the difference.
I can't find any screenshots larger than 720p, so I'm guessing that was the games max resolution on Switch. The screenshots make it looks like the hud was updated to look crisp at 1080p.Looks great, Switch was a little more blurry (it looked great anyway) but it was kind of obvious that it was sub-1080p.

As the game tried to imitate the retro style, the 720p resolution is not that bad (world map was kind of blurry though) but I can't help to think that the same game should de able to run at 1080p on the Switch. If the next game comes first to the Switch as a console exclusive (I think it will, considering how well the first one sold and the partnership with Nintendo to publish the game in the west) it would be nice to see a good res. upgrade.I can't find any screenshots larger than 720p, so I'm guessing that was the games max resolution on Switch. Have they announced mod support? While it varies from game to game, I wouldn't expect much without mod support.Never mind just that, I wanna see modders getting really creative with this game. Add new jobs, new quests, new bosses, etc.
