Yup. If YJB is not scoring runs then there's no excuse to not have Foakes in the team because he'd have taken at least one of the stumping Bairstow missed yesterday.

The thing is he'd still have to play as a specialist bat so who do you drop, Denly? Buttler?

Why does he have to play as a specialist bat? Bairstow, Buttler and Ali should all be out. Woakes bats better in test cricket than all of them, so does sam curran.

Get sibley in to open with burns, drop roy to 4 stokes 5, foakes 6, woakes and curran 7 and 8, broad, archer and leach.

It wont happen unfortunately but englands insistence of playing odi specialist players in the test side is fucking our test team.

What a great cricket match. Test cricket really is the best.

Amazing comeback by Australia after being so down on the first day. Steve Smith is the best test batsman in the world. Bowling was good too.

England just lost in their supposed fortress. Dear oh dear. Moeen Ali was trash. England had zero pressure with the ball in Australia's second innings. Bad luck with Anderson but then they rolled the dice on him to not get injured and lost out, thats the way it goes.

Same old Aussies, always winning. Good one Tubbs, I like it.
