The full details are on the 3rd page, and asserts that both Oswald and Jack Ruby had connections to Communism, and that the only two factions that were aware of the path the President's motorcade would take through Dallas were the Secret Service, and the Dallas PD, the latter of which Ruby had possibly infiltrated.

I just checked and yeah, this is basically a write up of some random speech a nut gave to other nuts.

Twenty-five minutes before President John F. Kennedy was fatally shot, a British newspaper got an anonymous call to be prepared for "some big news," according to documents made public on Thursday by the National Archives.

Four days after the November 26, 1963, assassination, FBI Deputy Director James Angleton wrote a memo to then-Director J. Edgar Hoover reporting the phone tip to the Cambridge News, a local paper.

"The caller said only that the Cambridge News reporter should call the American Embassy in London for some big news and then hung up," read the memo.

The news outlet in question was interviewed and no one alive remembers this call taking place.

This does not mean the call did not happen, after all it found its way to FBI's records, but it does mean one lead that goes nowhere.
