I haven't seen this German September charts before, that's another encouraging ranking for Dragon Quest XI. Probably not the best it could have done (that would have been one rank higher above Mario Kart 8) but those are without Steam and PS4 digital sales.

This was a good week for the retail market in the UK, close to 1 million games sold.

Red Dead Redemption 2 has debuted selling close to 600,000 units.

All these figures are extrapolated to 100% of the market.

Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy will eventually reach 1 million units at retail.

That ratio is significantly skewed by bundles.
Elsewhere, Forza Horizon 4 rose up a place to No.4 with a 50% sales improvement week-on-week. This was driven by Xbox One retail bundles that also included a copy of Red Dead Redemption 2.

They also had unofficial bundles for RDR 2 as well

Man Xbox One have it tough this gen, UK is one of their strongest market. I'm guessing 60%+ is a given split for PS4 outside of COD and other known fps. All that Xbox X being the best version and price cuts probably just affected a niche circle, like Era, marketing deals and ads are still the king especially for a SP focused game like RDR2

An unofficial bundle with relatively minimal advertisements is no comparison with an official bundle that's been on sale and marketed heavily for over a month.
Yet the bundles was major drive in the 50% sales improvement in FH4.

In the U.K it was 68% for PS4.
Wow. Think 50% bump for Forza with bundles. Those bundles also included Red Dead. And PS4 was still 68%.

So in my brain at least it makes me wonder had MS not had these bundles with red dead, would the split have been larger? I wonder what the split was just retail no bundles. Guess we will never know.

Now I'm curious who are these people who thought Xbox SKU would outsell the PlayStation SKU.

Don't name names just link to thread.
